Payment
All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling, and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate.
Payment can be made through Paypal (no paypal account required). All major credit and debit cards accepted.
If you wish to pay by alternative means eg cheque or BACS, please contact us for further information.
Postage & Packing
To simplify our charging structure, there is a single p&p charge of £4.50 regardless of how much you order. This amount applies to UK mainland only – for UK island locations and international shipments, please contact us as shown above.
We aim to send all orders within 48 hours, subject to stock availability. We will notify you by e mail if there is any change to this.
Returns
If for any reason your order does not fulfil your expectations, you may return it to us within 7 working days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the items are returned to us complete, in perfect condition, clearly unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We cannot offer an exchange or refund if this is not the case.
For all returns, except where the goods are faulty, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the items. Please state why you are returning them, and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Please repack the items very carefully and send them back to us: 36 Swain Street, Watchet, Somerset, TA23 0AE.
Beach and Pebbles cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when making a return.
Product Descriptions
Whilst we take every possible care to ensure that product descriptions and measurements on our website are correct, specifications are intended to give a general description and there may be slight variations in finish and colour due to either the hand-made nature of the item, the photographic process or computer software.
If the price or description is obviously in error, we reserve the right to limit Beach and Pebbles' liability to the return of the money the customer has paid.
